EXPERIENCE: Bob Leone served three four - year terms on the Yucca Valley Town Council. Bob Leone knows how to review and balance a town budget. The Yucca Valley town budget was balanced each of the twelve years during which Bob was on the Council. Bob Leone knows how to work with staff to set objectives, implement policies, and produce results. Bob Leone has the experience to lead Yucca Valley out of its fiscal uncertainty.
LEADERSHIP: Bob is the only Council Member in Yucca Valley to graduate from the League of California Cities Elected Officials Leadership Academy. Bob Leone understands that in order to move Yucca Valley forward we must focus on our true fiscal crisis, the sewer. Bob knows how to bring differing parties together and has the team-building attitude and skills to lead Yucca Valley out of its fiscal uncertainty.
COMMON SENSE: Bob Leone is his own man. Bob is retired and financially secure. He’s not beholden to any employer, agency, or organization. Bob doesn’t answer to anyone else. Bob listens and does what is right for Yucca Valley—all of Yucca Valley. Bob Leone has the independence and common sense to lead Yucca Valley.
